This time of year can be stressful! It’s the end of summer, marked by a long weekend holiday. This is your last chance to squeeze everything in before returning to a consistent routine, or the kids head back to school, or perhaps you sent your first child off to college, or you’re moving… either way the start of the fall can bring on a lot. meditar2.jpg
