Exert-Relate-Grow (ERGs) @ the BAC

ERGs are our small group training boot camp classes! These classes are progressed over the course of 6 weeks with the intention of helping you see (and feel) improvements from regular class attendance. There are many class offerings through the week for differing fitness levels. The ERG center and class design may look like cross-fit, but our programming  is designed for you. In a smaller class with a personal trainer coaching the session, you will have eyes on your form to ensure a safe and effective working. Meeting with a trainer for a fitness consult can help us place you in the most appropriate class for you! These classes are a great supplement to any workout routine, and will help keep you accountable!

Group Exercise @ the BAC
